People’s lives can change a lot in a year because life is unpredictable. Recently, Michelle Boyle had to pay 1,300 dollars per month to rent a little apartment in Oregon.

As a result of her low salary, she was unable to accumulate any savings for extra purchases. Working in a coffee shop, she barely had enough money to buy food and pay rent. Her life was completely transformed by a life-changing idea she had. After her children had grown up and moved out, she finally realized her long-awaited dream-to build a small cozy house.

It was difficult for her at first to stay stable financially, but she managed to do so and built her own home. Michelle previously paid 1,300 dollars a month for a three-bedroom apartment. As a result, she has 18.5 square meters and pays 65 dollars per month for just electricity, water, and Wi-Fi.

Don’t you think it’s great? A clever woman could turn a small wheeled cabin and also design the inside and outside of the territory skillfully. According to Michelle, it took her two years to settle and restore her incredible house.

Several elements of the construction date back to the 1940s and 1950s, giving it a unique look.
