Ava and Leah Clements went from 0 to global success in just a year. At the age of seven, the girls began modeling.

Children can be treated differently in the modeling industry. While some argue that child models don’t have a typical childhood, others contend that such a childhood is only possible in dreams. Ava and Leah Clements’ career was their mother’s idea from the beginning. In fact, Jacqui Clements signed her first modeling contract when her daughters were not even a year old. A constant schedule of trips to the shooting and business meetings along with taking care of three small children was exhausting.

A new attempt was made by Jacqui when the girls were 7 years old. Besides swimming and dancing, she suggested that the twins try their hand at modeling, which they really liked. All of a sudden, everything changed. In one year, the Clements family’s life has changed dramatically.

As soon as Jacqui saw the twins again, she contacted the agencies she had worked with six years ago. The girls started an Instagram account @clementstwins after Jacqui hired a professional photographer to give them a good portfolio.Over 830,000 people followed the girls’ Instagram account a year after it began. Every second post is an advertisement (the girls are beautiful and pose well), and parents have created multiple platforms to promote their children.

She also blogs about her experiences managing her own children in the modeling business, as well as has a YouTube channel. Now the girls are professional models. A contract was even signed with Barbie. According to Jacqui, in the end, the girls themselves will decide what they want, and that “the decision wasn’t mine, but theirs
