I can’t believe she just knits them! Palisades of this type are unique and creative. Since her childhood, the woman has enjoyed creating new handmade items with her own hands. She confessed to hearing one day that someone was knitting a fence. She was so inspired by the news that she decided to make one herself. In order to bring the idea to life, appropriate tools were required. In order to create fishing nets, she found the biggest knitting needles and bought strong twine. A few months after the creation of the palisade, the new one was already available for admiration.
Seeing this beauty, Anna’s neighbors asked her to create similar creations for them. As a result, the needlewoman felt appreciated because others admired her work! Her neighbors were delighted when she knitted new palisades for them. Anna was also offered to make a similar garden fence for the Shetland Textile Museum after some time. As a result, it was an amazing work of art!
Trees and various plants were beautifully complemented by the subtle ornaments. One fence took Anna more than three weeks to make.
