It’s so heartwarming to see a cachectic dog rescued from an apartment by its owner

I was hungry, cold, and totally lost. A neighborhood group in Haute-Savoie discovered and saved Tilu. There was a dog alone in an apartment belonging to his master, who had left him some weeks before without caring about his well-being.

This dog was saved and cared for by a local organization in Haute-Savoie, according to an article in Dauphiné Libéré on Wednesday, September 28. A filthy Annemasse apartment was the scene of the rescue operation on Tuesday, September 27.

Animal Rescue: Refuge of Hope discovered the dog early in the morning in the nearby town of Arthaz-Pont-Notre-Dame. About a year old, the American Staffordshire Terrier dog was only skin and bones. The owner had gone out of town for days or weeks, leaving the pet in a cage without a way out.

He most likely could not have endured such conditions for very long, even though he is known as Tilou by the animal protection association’s members. They genuinely saved his life. It was the beginning of the end for Tilou, whose nightmare is slowly coming to an end thanks to the care and attention he is receiving from his professionals.
