Gwyneth Paltrow’s lawsuit against a 76-year-old skier ended with a final verdict

The interest in celebrity lawsuits has not only not waned, but has increased since Johnny Depp and Amber Heard settled their relationship in court.

During the past week, online users have also been discussing the Gwyneth Paltrow vs Terry Sanderson lawsuit. The 76-year-old ophthalmologist, who has already retired, accused the actress of crashing into him on a ski run, leaving him all alone. Gwyneth initially offered Terry an impressive $3.1 million compensation. She filed a counterclaim, pleading not guilty. The ophthalmologist, however, did not let this stop him. In court, he reduced the amount of compensation to a much more acceptable 300 thousand dollars.

On March 21, the trial began – sessions were held every day. Each of them was attended by Gwyneth personally. Paltrow was cleared of all charges last Thursday after 2 hours of hearing and 20 minutes of deliberation. Gwyneth approached Terry after the judge read out the verdict and said, “I wish you all the best.” Terry thanked her.

In addition, Paltrow explained why she went to court on her own, despite the fact she could have easily paid the amount required. If I agreed to this, I would confirm the false allegations against me. My integrity was compromised. Thank you for your hard work, judge and jury, and I am pleased with the result. “I appreciate their attentiveness to this matter,” Gwyneth stated.
