Pitt showed his big heart by letting a neighbor live in his house for free

It has long been known that Brad Pitt is one of the kindest and sweetest people in Hollywood.

Journalists once again found evidence of the actor’s wide soul the other day. Recently, Cassandra Peterson, who starred in “Elvira,” told reporters that the actor allowed an elderly neighbor to live in his house for free. Brad acquired a relatively small plot of land originally. The imposing Pitt residence has been constantly built on since 1994 as he has bought small adjoining houses and built on them.

According to Cassandra, the actor bought about 22 houses near the site’s edge. Brad drew attention to an old mansion that belonged to a 90-year-old man. He appears to have been able to reach a deal with the man, according to which he continued to live in his house even after it no longer belonged to him. Despite not paying rent, the old man lived to the age of 105. Pitt was likely afraid that the house would pass to grandchildren or relatives with whom it would be more difficult to negotiate. Brad’s kind heart never ceases to amaze internet users.

By the way, the actor sold real estate not so long ago. The house was listed for $39 million. Brad initially paid Elvira star only $1.7 million. Pitt did not specify how much it spent on the expansion.
