New resident at Roger Williams Zoo is this stunning woman with totally white skin. Despite their rarity, animals that have fully white skin coloration may astonish us greatly with their amazing appeal. Elza is the newest addition to the Roger Williams Zoo. Using a photo of Elza, an American alligator with this incredibly rare and distinctive coloration due to albinism, Zoo staff recently revealed that their enormous family has grown even larger.

A newly renovated and constructed greenhouse houses the Zoo’s new temporary exhibit, which features this stunning woman. The animal’s skin is completely white because it lacks melanin.

As a result of albinism, albino animals lose their skin pigmentation, as well as have impaired eyesight and highly sensitive skin.
