Elka, a greyhound based in California. Her nose measures 13.2 inches long! Elka stood out even as a young dog. Her temperament wasn’t compatible with the breed. Her teeth would be a problem, according to the vets.
Two of them were kind, however. Elka crawled into Lilia’s arms as she and Savanna arrived to select a puppy. They have been living with the dog ever since the job was completed.
In March, she celebrated her second birthday. Even by breed standards, Elka’s nose is exceptionally large and elongated, measuring more than 13.2 inches. Fortunately, it can squeeze through any gap, even between the cushions of the couch, since this is the same nose that sticks to everything.
Elka is a sensitive and curious being, so she is lucky that none of the unfavorable prophecies came true. With no dental or joint problems, she is a very happy and vivacious animal.
As Elka is a bit of an oddball, her nose’s length wasn’t fully recorded. Furthermore, it isn’t really necessary; what matters is how happy the dog and its owners are!
