The Kind Act Of A Man Who Traveled Over 1,000 Miles Helped Reunite A Dying Owner With His Beloved Dog

Only kindness can save the planet. An act of kindness allowed a dying owner to spend her final months with her beloved pet. He had to travel almost 1,000 kilometers to deliver the gorgeous puppy to the terminally ill woman. His gesture is really sweet, especially since he has never met this woman before. It would be great if we had more people like this in the world.

Upon learning she had terminal cancer and only a few months to live, a Burnsville woman traveled to Washington with her pet dog to spend her last days at her closest friend’s house. The only thing she wanted was to spend her brief time with those she loved, in peace. Her preparations were thwarted when she learned that the airlines would not allow her to transport her dog due to respiratory concerns.Bailey had no choice but to be surrendered to the vet clinic, where she was assured that a solution would be found and her puppy would be returned to her. In response, the clinic notified the local rescue center of the woman’s plight. As a result, the puppy had to stay with her foster parents, Ryan and Shakopee, until the rescue center could find a solution for her.

They came up with an unselfish and thoughtful solution. In order to meet the sad human face-to-face, Ryan decided to go to Washington with the dog. While it took around 27 hours to travel, the trip was well worth it for such a wonderful experience. Ryan was thrilled to be reunited with the two once again. Traveling with Bailey was a pleasure.

Because Bailey’s ailing owner was in the hospital at the time, he was unable to witness their heartwarming reunion. Nevertheless, he was glad to be able to assist the dying woman, making her grateful for the opportunity to spend her final months with her pet.
