Upon arriving at his new home, this kitten was exceptionally peaceful and content. At that age, most outdoor cats are still kittens. His owner noted, “He was evidently pretty nice with humans.”.
Garry sought refuge everywhere he could, eventually making friends with Scott’s cat, Pick. Pick was nine years old when Scott adopted him. She could see Scott was nervous about bringing the cat home.
In Scott’s words, “He was always hiding, he never came out.” After that, he was free to spend as much time outside in our yard as he wanted. He mutated into a whole new kitten.
‘Garry’s health problems turned out to be more serious than Scott had expected. A veterinarian was rushed to treat him. Garry returned home after a difficult few days, and Pick was relieved to see his son.
‘Now that he’s feeling much better, I sense Pick needs to be close to Garry.’ Scott continued, ‘He’s more silent about the issue.’ ‘He isn’t keeping a close eye on him,’ the narrator says. Scott is optimistic about the future. Especially since Garry has started preparing Pick to repay the favor.
