There was a request from a shelter around two weeks ago for help with a litter of kittens that were 14 days old. They arrived at the sanctuary hours later. There was already a shortage of rescue organizations, and bottle-fed kittens required extra effort.
One of the volunteers, Thola, and her sisters, took care of them all day in the comfort of their own homes. Although they were typically sound, they seemed unhealthy. They lovingly cleaned themselves before falling asleep in their warm, gorgeous bed.
Lillo, the neighborhood Husky, persisted in helping them. When the dog comes across stray animals, he or she enjoys seeing them. The kittens approached Lillo as if she were their mother when they first saw her.
For comfort, she climbed on top of her canine friend. Among the four, he is the bravest. He held Lillo like a baby duckling. Lillo and her new darlings have such a cute friendship! Isn’t that nice? As our little helpers, dogs deserve our adoration.
