Tuxo’s owner had no choice but to surrender him to a shelter when he reached the age of 18 and realized he was no longer amusing and content. It is unlikely that older animals will be adopted by the shelter’s staff.
Staff members kept posting about Tuxo on the shelter’s social media pages, just in case. The cat’s success in finding a home stunned them. The man was trying to adopt his older cat.
Tuxo’s life was saved after he saw a photograph of the cat online and became moved to give him a comfortable old age. He loved to sit on his owner’s lap and was kind and social. His disposition is very friendly and kind. A 20-year-old feline named Tuxo recently celebrated its birthday.
Despite his age, he is in good health and may have a few more years left to live. We will also thank the worthy individual who brought us such happiness.
