The loss of a dog broke the hearts of Brazilians. Several days later, he was found. Those were their thoughts, according to them. He had no idea what would happen when he went for a walk with Ikki at the end of January.
To the owner’s dismay, the dog that trotted behind him disappeared. The man told the Dodo that he was taken from him when he disappeared. I wanted to know what had happened to him. In the streets, José and his loved ones began searching for their beloved four-legged friend.
Unfortunately, Ikki remained untraceable. After two days of intense research, the family received good news. A stray dog was rescued according to a post on social media. Spots on their canine partner were recognized by the household members. The animal was retrieved by José. I shouted his name and he ran towards me, explaining and licking me.
A very dirty but healthy dog was happily wagging its tail. When he returned home, he behaved perky and played with his family. Only here, despite these touching reunions, was there a hiccup.
The spots on José’s back did not match those on Ikki’s: he had brought home an impostor! In spite of their shock, the Ramos decided to keep the dog they named Paolo. They resumed their search for the real Ikki, who was still missing.
