Saint was found wandering the streets of Brooklyn after spending the night alone in search of shelter. After a while, she settled down on one of the porches.

It wasn’t long before people began appearing on the street, who noticed the dog curled up in a ball.Saint refused to let anyone near her, despite the fact that many wanted to help her.Poor animal was frightened, but soon the right person appeared.Around 8 am, Gina Gregorio received a message from her neighbor.

Salty, Gina’s dog, and Saint went for a walk.Salty knew what to do when Saint was still afraid to let strangers near her. “People and dogs tried to help. Saint would growl whenever someone approached her. The guys at the store gave me a couple of chicken breasts. I threw food pieces to her, but she did not pay attention to them. After a while, my dog began to climb the steps and eat them,” Gregorio recalls.

Salty didn’t want the good food to go to waste. As she climbed the stairs, she began to eat.Saint softened up immediately when she saw Salty eating her chicken.Saint realized that everyone in the group was only there to help her when she saw another dog eating chicken.

She eventually calmed down and even allowed some people to approach her. After that, she was taken to the Brooklyn Animal Care Center. She was still extremely scared when she first arrived at the shelter and did not want anyone to touch her.Saint overcame her fear when she was taken outside to play and reincarnated into a completely different dog.

At the shelter, she liked to draw attention to herself and cuddle with her friends. When she first met new people, she was a little shy, but eventually she relaxed and gave everyone love and attention. While Saint has had a rough start in life, she grows more confident every day and will make a great addition to any family.
