Due to his overprotective mother, a small horse named Troll was abandoned by everyone. As a result of the dogs kept at the Sanctuary, everything has changed. The Troll’s mother worried too much about him.
She appeared out of nowhere and forced other animals to leave if they attempted to smell Troll or otherwise connect with him, the Sanctuary’s proprietor said. There was no mother to console Troll after he was abandoned. He also lacked playmates because he was shunned by everyone.
He rushed around the property every day trying to talk to someone, but without success. The owner of the sanctuary says it was a depressing sight. On the horse ranch, golden retrievers and sheepdogs helped the lonely Troll.
The horse was quite wary when he first saw them. Over time, he became accustomed to the dogs and began playing and running with them constantly.
Since his mother was no longer protecting him, other horses learned to approach Troll. He became friends with the dogs and his relatives over time.
