Sammy’s story could have ended sadly if it weren’t for the kindness and participation of caring individuals. This wonderful blonde cat is 19 years old, which is a respectable age for a cat. In recent years, he has been living in a loving home with a loving owner. Unfortunately, the elderly cat had no one to care for it after the man moved into a nursing home.
The Society for the Protection of Animals took him in. Many pets suffer a similar fate. The average life expectancy of a domestic cat is 12 to 14 years. Because of this, Sammy is one of the longest-living among them.
Their cat received a fashionable “bow” in honor of the holiday. There were blue sequined hats and stylish collars on the handsome, fluffy man. I must say that the birthday boy enjoyed the gala dinner and posed well for the following photo shoot.
Sammy’s desire for a real home was shared on social media by the shelter staff. It didn’t take long for the photos to go viral on the Internet. Sammy’s new owners arrived the day after the party.
