The dog Maxie saved a Texas lady who went missing for days in a park. Sharon, 64, got lost while walking with Maxie despite knowing the paths and having memory loss recently.
Sharon’s family and friends helped the deputies search the 2,800-acre park for days without finding anything. Sharon’s kids’ friends have formed a group to find their friend’s mother. After hearing Maxie bark, they eventually stopped.
As soon as they heard the bark, they knew it was her because there were no other dogs nearby. As for Sharon and Maxie, they were fine. Sharon was lost and unsure of what she should do, but she wasn’t confused.
It is possible that the rescuers might not have discovered Maxie if she hadn’t informed them. According to Sam, Sharon’s son, this dog stayed by Maxie’s side for four days without a collar.
As a result, the dog’s steadfast loyalty is highlighted. Two years ago, their brother’s dog, Maxie, passed away. Sam said, “He’s basically the last thing we have of him.”
