Young Emerson, at only sex weeks old, had a very difficult time. During that time, he was rescued from Florida’s shelter and transferred to Maine. Sadly, Emerson was diagnosed with a very serious disease at that very young age that could have threatened his life if not treated in time. Fortunately, the dog recovered after being treated.
Nevertheless, it was only the beginning of his journey. Upon his recovery, the vets noticed something odd about him. The doctors weren’t sure whether Emerson was born deaf or whether it was caused by his seizures. Nevertheless, no one intended to give up on him.
Everyone was sure he would be adopted really soon, so all they did was wait. A post was written about him by the staff. They wanted him to find a perfect place and live there happily for the rest of his life. They tried their best and wanted everything to be perfect for him. His difference should not prevent people from loving him as he deserves.
He is free to live his life to the fullest as nothing hinders him from doing so. There is no doubt in his mind what he wants and where he wants to go. When Emerson wants to be happy, nothing can be stronger than him. As a result, the perfect candidate emerged after so much time and struggle.
