It is a police officer’s duty to protect everyone in the community, including people and animals. Officials often help stuck animals get out of odd locations when they need human assistance.

In that situation, police recently spent hours rescuing animals caught in a storm channel. When he heard kittens whimpering in a storm channel, a state employee called the State Police.

Cole arrived at the area because it was close to the police central command base camp. On camera, the official is seen going into the tempest channel to save the cats.

Due to a violent storm, the employee said it was a challenging assignment that took two hours to complete. He persisted, and soon he was able to get the kittens out easily.

During the two-hour journey, the agent who heard the kittens’ cries claimed to have helped the officials. The kittens were rescued from a channel pipe, she said. Small cats were brought to safety when they surfaced.
