People Risk Their Lives To Save A Drowning Baby Giraffe

The list of endangered animals is long, and many animals are on the verge of extinction. On Earth, there are still places where people can live harmoniously with these wonderful creatures.

Respect, trust, and care are the basis of a relationship between two people. Animals in a difficult situation need help when they are helpless. Kenyan officials rescued a baby giraffe from drowning in the same way. During the Uaso Nyiro River flood in Kenya, a baby giraffe became stranded. Additionally, this river was teeming with crocodiles, which made it even harder for the helpless creature.

Therefore, the baby’s fate seemed sealed. However, help came from an unexpected source. Several rangers and local residents rushed to help a frightened giraffe. Thanks to the bravery and kindness of these brave people, the animal was saved after a few hours. Luckily, one of these wonderful people shared some photos of the rescue on the Internet so people could show their appreciation.

Some giraffe species have recently been declared endangered. The Masai giraffe is one of them. It is a subspecies that lives in Kenya and Tanzania and has become extinct over the past three decades.
