A Worried Goose Is Outside The Hospital Waiting For Her Mate: That One Is Being Operated On

An extremely caring goose was recently spotted standing next to the vet clinic’s door. The goose was waiting for her mate, who was undergoing surgery. It happened at Cape Wildlife Center in Massachusetts. A goose had struggled to walk nearby before this moment. In the end, they decided to have Arnold (the male goose) examined at their vet clinic.

The goose had a dangerous injury on his foot. The only way to save Arnold was to operate. A turtle or another predator injured him while swimming, according to the specialist.

Surprisingly, the vets were not the only ones concerned about the surgery process, another mate was as well. Workers recognized the goose immediately. She was Arnold’s girlfriend. She chose to remain with the beloved goose during difficult times.

It was a successful operation for the vets. The medics then opened the door, letting the worried goose visit her boyfriend. Arnold is still in the hospital recovering. Each time the goose’s girlfriend appears at their door, the kind vets of the W clinic welcome her!
