People are always amazed by the animal world. How kind and caring they are to one another and to their own people. Different animals have formed strange alliances in so many stories.
The story of a dog and a juvenile giraffe who developed a strange connection was well received on social media. Unfortunately, the mother of a newborn giraffe abandoned her. People went to the refuge to help the baby giraffe.
Since Rock was too little to stand, she was fed from a bottle. In order to help the animal, the sanctuary’s staff did everything they could.
Rock, however, greatly benefited from the care and compassion of another supporter and soother at the refuge. Giraffe was protected by a lovely dog named Halter all the time.
In this case, the dog acted as the young giraffe’s adoptive parent. Two animals formed an amazing relationship. Halter and Rock were close friends at this point. Their unique and beautiful friendship was praised by everyone at the refuge.
