A kitten named ‘Bleep’ gets back on his paws after being found abandoned in a yard

Rescued from a yard, a kitten gained his footing and developed quite the personality. The kitten was spotted by a California citizen earlier this year. A small ball of hair was returned by their dog after he walked outside.

Just a few days old, he had no mother or siblings. Friends for Life Rescue Network founder Jacqueline DeAmor spotted a post about the kitten in need of medical care and volunteered to take him in. Adam and Margaux, the rescue’s foster liaisons, drove to pick him up. After receiving the appropriate treatment, Jellybean, the kitten, recovered from a nasty bite wound on his shoulder.

In three days, Jellybean’s wound had healed, and he was ready to enchant his family. As a way of expressing his gratitude, he would push his tongue out after each feeding. His mouth would even be open as he slept, daydreaming about food. Since Jellybean couldn’t latch, he had to be syringe-fed regularly for a while.

When he was attended to, he let out his distinctive blip. As soon as he learned how to move and leap, custom firmware became a fireball of excitement. It seemed that he was becoming more energetic and lively, and he was always looking out for mischief.
