Boo was found 13 years ago and recognizes her surprised owner

Janet Adamowicz, from Harrogate, lost her beloved cat in 2005. As much as she loved her, her heart was broken. A desperate woman began searching everywhere she could. Her friends and kind neighbors also assist her. However, the four-year-old cat was nowhere to be found.

In order to find Janet, Janet covered missing posters in her hometown for a year after she disappeared. Despite her best efforts, she was unable to succeed. Boo had probably found a new home, but what was more important to her was the fact that she was still alive.

Janet adopted Ollie three years after losing Boo three years ago. Unfortunate events have taken place. She adopted a second cat named Tessie in 2014. She received a strange call about a lost cat one day. As her two cats were at home, Janet thought it was a mistake. The thought of her missing cat Boo, who had been lost for 13 years, could not even cross her mind.

Upon checking the microchip of the found cat, the vet worker discovered it was her lost cat Boo. My jaw dropped when I saw what I saw. As soon as she saw her cat, she rushed to the vet. Boo recognized her human after so many years. It was such a touching reunion. The cat began cuddling her owner after a few seconds. Both of them were very happy.

A woman noticing the cat walking on York streets, which is 40 miles from her hometown, took it to the Wicstun vet, thinking it was a stray. Fortunately, it was Janet’s missing cat. For a 17-year-old, Boo looked very strong and healthy. Still, it is a mystery where she has been all those years. If she was a stray cat, it is a miracle that she is still alive today.
