When he arrived at his new home, this kitten was exceptionally calm and content. As his owner noted, ‘He seemed pretty friendly with humans.’ This surprised me since most outdoor cats at that age are still kittens.’
Garry sought refuge everywhere he could, making friends with Scott’s cat, Pick. Pick was nine years old when Scott adopted him. She could see that Scott was nervous about bringing the cat home.
‘He was always hiding, he never came out,’ Scott said. Then he was free to roam around outside and spend as much time as he wanted in the yard.’ He mutated into an entirely different kitten after that.
Garry’s health problems were more serious than Scott had anticipated.The animal was rushed to the veterinarian. Pick was relieved to see his kid again after a difficult few days.
Scott said, “I sense Pick needs to be close to Garry now that he’s feeling better.”. The narrator says, ‘He doesn’t keep an eye on him carefully. Their future looks bright for Scott. Particularly now that Garry has begun preparing Pick to repay the favor.
